Rates vary according to the work required. For custom websites the rates are set at a basic 10 page 'starter price' and specific media (flash, animation, 3d logos, video, 3D worlds) would be calculated according to the work required. For sites that come with a pre-existing template, or are in need of modifications, the rates are calculated on a 'hourly' basis, and depending on the work required. We also offer web site updating services at a low yearly fee. If you prefer to 'build your own site' via commercial templates (of which there are many) and require assistance in this conversion or initial launch, or require conversion from a present site to a template-based site, please provide sample templates for price quote. We can also assist you in managing your template-based site for a specified time (up to a year). An agreement or contract, with 50% deposit via PayPal, is required for work to commence. Our work is done on the internet - you can be anywhere in the world to order and review the results as the site work is conducted. For custom site work and modifications, the rates can be adjusted to fit overall budget and requirements. Rates apply to North America-located businesses/servers; other international business-banking locations may require additional payment charges and prior arrangement with us concerning international payment. Starter price incudes up to 10 web pages with media and text, and full navigation and code optimization. 50% down payment is required to initiate site construction; remainder due upon completion. Basic rate includes text and graphic content (typically provided by client). Multimedia content (3D, SR, VR, video, flash, audio) is optional and to be contracted on a per-item basis. Custom web-site work includes configuration of host (ISP) folders and search-engine metatags . One year web-site maintenance is included in basic rate. Starter rate applies to 10 web pages or less; additional pages determined on a 'as needed' basis. E-commerce web sites start at $1,500 per web site and incude shopping cart/catalog/check-out. All code writing is kept simple, allowing full transparency and access to the client. Payment for work can be via PayPal account. WEBSITE ENHANCEMENT - 2D/3D WEB - BASIC RATES: Website enhancement to graphics, text, media start at $60 per hour. Text and graphics content for updating pages is typically provided by client and is conformed to web standards by us. The more web-ready and 72 dpi the updating material is the faster the job gets done. We can also write new text and generate new images in 2D or 3D based on your instructions. We work with you for 12 months to keep your updates timely and current. The web is update driven. Addition of multimedia content (video, flash, audio) is contracted on a per-item basis. $60 minimum charge; 50% down payment is required to initiate contracted work. Website enhancement requires the pre-existing site to be presently hosted by a ISP. A signed contract between client and Al Razutis must be in existence prior to commencement of labor. All code writing is kept simple, allowing full transparency and access to the client. Payment for work can be via PayPal account. WEBSITE CONVERSION: Website conversions to template-based design (typically PHP server-side configurations) start at $650 per site, plus template licensing costs, if applicable. We can convert your existing site to a new look based on new template and navigation designs, which either you provide or we license for you. Website conversion does not require the pre-existing site to be presently hosted by a ISP. New website template can be included in a separate hosting agreement provided by client or provided by us. WEBSITE MANAGEMENT: Website content management and graphics - text update service is $250 per year (12 months). 1 year update service features 12 months of content updates, with text and image updates included to pre-existing pages as per your requirements.
